At SHE Styles, we're proud to share that we've maintained a zero return rate — not because returns are difficult, but because our customers genuinely love what they receive. That's the standard we hold ourselves to with every piece we curate. 💕

Our Promise

Every item is carefully selected for quality, fit, and style. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we want to make it right.

• Exchanges — If your item doesn't fit perfectly, we'll exchange it for the right size within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn or used, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. 
• Store Credit — Not feeling a piece? We'll issue store credit within 7 days of delivery in the form of an e-gift card to the email on file once the return is processed. 
• Damaged or Defective Items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it immediately, no questions asked.
• Bodysuits, Sale items and Accessories are NOT eligible for return.
  
  

To get started, email us at  info@shestyles.me with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll take care of the rest. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit total.
