Shipping policy
Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS or UPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of shipping company. It is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
